What a wonderful vacation! My husband and I and our two friends and their daughter had so much fun. We went early October 2010 and were lucky enough to see the leaves changing. The cabin was better than expected and everything was so neat and tidy. We all went to the store (quite a few miles away) the day we got there and were able to cook some fabulous meals with the well stocked kitchen pots, pans, and utensils. At night we enjoyed the hot tub for hours gazing at the stars and hearing all kinds of noises outside. After the hot tub sleep was that much more enjoyable and allowed for waking up refreshed. The little one had plenty to do with the hiking, cooking, and football throwing. Our only regret is that we were there for only 2 nights. Not a mistake we are likely to do again.
