Property Details

Utopia is an authentic Log Cabin, with two bedrooms on the 2nd floor. The Master Bedroom has a King size bed, and a French door opening to a large deck with a magnificent view. Main Floor has a Queen futon bed. Sleeps up to six guests. All linens are furnished. Utopia has 1½ Baths with an indoor Jacuzzi tub. There is also an outdoor Hot Tub located on the patio.

Completely modern with Gas Heat, Central Air, Color TV’s, VCR & DVD. Stereo with CD Player, Full Kitchen, Microwave, Washer & Dryer. Charcoal Grill. Outdoor campfire with firewood provided.

Utopia is located in the woods. It is not located on the river; however, it has a beautiful view of the Indiana hills.

Reservations recommended - 50% deposit

Deposit must be received within 5 days

Visa, MasterCard, Discover, & American Express accepted.

All rates include 2 people
All extra guests over 2 years old are $10 each, $15 on holidays.
Children 2 and under N/C.
Pets add $25 per night.
Parties must be pre-arranged, if over 4 "day guests" add $5 each per day.

With 30 day notice of cancellation, deposit will apply to future stay within next 12 months less $25 cancellation fee.

Approved changes to the date of your reservation are subject to a $15 fee.
